MacBook Pro 16 charger: which one to buy
The MacBook Pro 16" wants a lot of watts. MacBook Pro 16" Intel 2019: 96W USB-C. Pro 16" from 2021 (Apple silicon): 140W recommended; M5 Pro/Max: 140W minimum. This page compares 140W USB-C options (Apple and Belkin) and makes clear that the Apple 96W adapter is 96W, not 140W.
Prices are not listed here: check them on Amazon before you buy. The “three options” ranking is an editorial pick, not a lab bench.
Why the Pro 16 needs a strong charger
16" display, heavier workloads, recharge while you work: the machine draws more than an Air. A 60W brick will not keep up under load. Pro 16" Intel 2019: 96W minimum. Pro 16" 2021+ (Apple silicon): 140W recommended; M5 Pro/Max: 140W minimum.

See also the Air page: MacBook Air M1–M5 charger. Apple minimums: 30W (13" Air M1 through M5), 35W (15" Air). Fast charge on M2 through M5 Airs: 70W or higher, or Apple's 67W adapter on 13.6-inch models. The M1 Air is not on Apple's fast-charge list.

Cable and cautions
To hit 140W you need a cable rated for that power. A weak cable caps the charge even with a good adapter. Check the Amazon listing (140W / 240W mention on the cable).
MagSafe 3 is not strictly required: USB-C PD still works. MagSafe 3 is often the comfort / high-power option on Pro 16. Glossary: ports and MagSafe charger.
Practical rule: certified PD charger, matching cable, skip no-name bricks with no clear wattage.
